International Childhood Cancer Day
On February 15, the world celebrates International Childhood Cancer Day (ICCD). The day aims to raise awareness of pediatric oncology and show support for patients and their loved ones.
In Ukraine, more than 1,000 children are diagnosed with cancer for the first time every year. It is early and accurate diagnosis that helps to start timely treatment, which reduces suffering, reduces the intensity of therapy, and therefore the costs of it.
