The future of nuclear energy and related institutions that use nuclear physics technologies is in professional young personnel!

👨‍💼 Director of SE “USIE IZOTOP” Volodymyr Kalachyk took part in the career event “Your career is in the nuclear industry”, organized with the assistance of the National Contact Point of EUROATOM in Ukraine “NURECAB”, NGO “Ukrainian Nuclear Society”, and JSC “NNEGC“ Energoatom“. The event took place at the Energoatom office on 27th November 2025.

🎓 More than 60 students participated in this event, 30 of whom attended in person, the rest joined the online video conference.
The format of the event included speeches from representatives of leading enterprises in the nuclear and related industries with short presentations about their companies. Among them were the managers and representatives of: JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”; “Energy Safety Group”; SE “USIE IZOTOP”; SRPA “Impulse”; LLC “Westron”; LLC “IPP Center”; SE “SSTC NRS”; Institute for Nuclear Research of the NAS of Ukraine / George Kuzmich Training Center of the NAS INR.

🤝 It is pleasant when such comprehensive processes of attracting, selecting, and future hiring qualified candidates for vacant positions in nuclear industry organizations are organized, including forecasting needs in staff, forming an employer brand, and creating long-term relationships with potential candidates to provide companies with the best specialists from the faculties of nuclear physics, atomic energy, and other specialized disciplines.
