DOSIMETRIC AND RADIOMETRIC MONITORING

According to the rules of radiation safety, any work with ionizing radiation sources (IRS), devices and apparatus that use them (installation, dismantling, charging, discharging, maintenance, repair, etc.) must be accompanied by dosimetric control.

SE “USIE IZOTOP” provides services for conducting dosimetric and radiometric monitoring of production processes involving manipulations with IRS and radioisotope equipment. The work is performed by specialists of the Ionizing Radiation Measuring Laboratory.

According to the conclusions provided by the State Enterprise “Kyivovlstandartmetrologiia”, the Ionizing Radiation Measuring Laboratory meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 10012:2005.

The devices used in the work undergo the annual verification by specialists of the SE “Kyiv Regional Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification” and the NSC “Institute of Metrology” (Kharkiv).
