The State Registry of Sources of Ionizing Radiation and Individual Exposure Doses is a state system of accounting and control of sources of ionizing radiation and individual exposure doses located in Ukraine.
The State Registry is a separate structural unit of SE “USIE IZOTOP” and functions in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2020 No. 1141 “Some issues of creating a unified state system of control and accounting of individual exposure doses”.
The State Registry provides:

According to Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Permitting Activities in the Use of Nuclear Energy”, sources of ionizing radiation, the use of which is subject to state regulation of nuclear and radiation safety, are subject to the state registration, the procedure for which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Registration is carried out in the information and computer accounting system of the State Registry.
The State Registry contains data on the owners of sources of ionizing radiation, as well as on legal and natural persons, for which sources of ionizing radiation are secured by the right of full economic management or operational management or are in their possession and use on other grounds, location, number, activity and types of sources of ionizing radiation (except for radioactive waste).
The procedure for the state registration of sources of ionizing radiation, control and record keeping of individual exposure doses is determined by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 16, 2000 No. 1718 “Some issues of state regulation of activities related to the use of sources of ionizing radiation”.
