TERABALT

TERABALT radio-therapeutic set is the successor of TERAGAM irradiation device. It is produced in four modifications with a digital control system, great accessories set and supplementary equipment. TERABALT set is the most advanced equipment in megavolt cobalt X-ray therapy. The source of radiation is a radionuclide of the element Cobalt-60. Technical design and equipment efficiency guarantee of high consumption value by cancer treatment.

TERAXIS X-ray stimulator with the unique VirtualBiemView technology serves for the preparation and control of radio-therapeutic treatment process. For successful X-ray therapy using high-capacity radiation, a strict therapy plan allowing mistake exclusion in the selected treatment method and contact reduction with the healthy patient’s tissues by the radiation with the radio-therapeutic equipment is required. In this respect UJP PRAHA a.s. developed x-ray simulator with electronic control intended for accurate planning, and it meets all requirements for accurate x-ray therapy.
